We joined up with Groundwork Dallas for one of their weekly workdays at the Frasier Dam Recreational Area. Once completed, this natural area between the Elm Fork and Bachman Branch will feature more than 5 miles of hike and bike trails, multiple picnic areas, and canoe/kayak launches.
The task for the day was to continue clearing the 8' wide emergency and maintenance vehicle access loop for the trail system.
They run a relaxed but efficient operation open to all levels of activity and skill. All of us had a great time and look forward to coming back soon.
